Braves pound Mets to complete doubleheader sweep

Jorge Campillo pitched six scoreless innings for his first major league win, leading to the Atlanta Braves to a 6-2 win over New York on Tuesday night and a sweep of their doubleheader with the Mets.

It seems as if the Mets have been involved in a ton of "sweeps" lately.

Nobody in the NL is playing great baseball right now, and this leads me to believe that the friars can get back in this thing.

Yep, the Braves kicking Mets butt, restored my confidence in the 2008 friars ..

who knew?
