Diamondbacks manager A.J. Hinch said he spoke with first basemen Chad Tracy and Josh Whitesell (minor league stats) and informed them that Whitesell will get the bulk of the action for the time being, though Hinch stopped short of calling him the everyday guy. "I would expect to see Whitesell get a very, very strong look of constant at-bats," Hinch said, saying he should start "four or five times a week."
