Tomorrow's Friday, and you know what that means. If you live anywhere in the Northeast like I do, it means it's going to continue to pour out, and that your neighbors have started construction of their arc. What a lunacy filled June it's been where the best baseball is played. We've been treated to rain, rain, and more rain which means less baseball and less golf, which leads to all around crankiness. However, with the way this week has gone with my first four Spot * On Picks, I won't complain. I'll just try and keep the pain train full steam ahead, with the primary target being your league-mates. Choo choo!!
Scott Feldman (R), TEX (38% Owned) @ Randy Johnson (L), SF
Scott Feldman is having himself a pretty nice year, and chances are you've glossed right over him simply because of the team he plays on. For shame! His 3.70 ERA and 1.17 WHIP speak for themselves, especially when you consider the 3.83 ERA and 1.18 WHIP he's got in Arlington to go along with it. The guy has flat out pitched well everywhere. This should continue tomorrow in San Francisco, who have scored the 4th fewest Runs among all Major League teams this season, and own the MLB's worst OPS (.691) vs RHP on the season. Their inability to hit is only contested by other teams who share their coast such as Oakland, San Diego, and Seattle. Which reminds me, this is now the 7th straight Spot * On Pick I've made where the pitcher is facing a team from either the NL or AL West. Consequently, my picks have been becoming more and more reliable. Coincidence? I don't think so. But I digress. Feldman is actually the favorite (-120), on the Road, against Randy Johnson, so I fully expect a strong likelihood of picking up a Win against Los Gigantes tomorrow. With -120 juice also on Under 8.5 Total Runs, he is the easy candidate for the best option for spot starting tomorrow, in my eyes.
Until tomorrow...

It's the truth, man. Apparently I've finally figured out the recipe. Pitch guys against the crappy teams on the West Coast. I feel like I just cracked the DaVinci Code.
Standard: 40% Josh Outman @ SD. Pretty self-explanatory.
Plus: 41% Jordan Zimmerman vs Tor. Very nice numbers over the last month and racks up the Ks.
The fact that Outman is only owned in 40% of Standard Leagues (77% of Plus Leagues) is disgusting. People need to pay attention...
Also, as I said yesterday, Zim is owned in entirely too few leagues considering he's got more K than IP. He's really settled down and should be looked at. I like him today, and I snagged him in the Pondscum League.
