H2HWS: Michigan week 17

The race for the final playoff spot continues to highlight the Michigan league. Although there are 4 teams with a legitimate shot at ending up in the top spot in the league every week, its the battle for the 8th spot that has everyone's attention. The Stukelizers continue to lose ground after getting dumped by the top ranked Trailer Parks. But it was the matchup between the Tigres and Trout that was one to remember. Both of these teams have been battling their way into contention after slow starts this year and week 17 saw them fight each other to a 6-5 nailbiter with Union Lake getting the edge. How close was it really? Union Lake lost both the pitching % cats even though he posted a 1.51 ERA and a .96 WHIP.

Its all well and good to have a great race for bragging rights at the top of the table, but the race for life in the playoffs is one you don't want your Mama to see - there will be blood.
