Well the NFL season draws to a close, this might be close to my first post of the season regarding the SB INternational league, so I must apologise for my poor effort. If only the players I drafted this year would apologise to me for their poor effort.... 5 losses to end my season saw my finishan embarrasing 12th with a 4-9 record.

and then there were two and as noticed throughout the season, are no surprise.

Yotes go back home to the states to get ready for baseball and Downunda's 2nd half awesome winning streak is snapped, congrats to the winners!

Fortunate for this group of traveling yotes the season ended this week and gained the last available championship playoff round spot,
Downunda Thunda took the vacationing Raving Pensioners apart and gained a playoff spot of their own sending the Pensioners to 2nd place at the same time (well the yotes helped to that cause also).
So Enfield Lips and Raving get the byes and the other 4 will go at it this week

The scene overseas

1st things 1st, that was a great game in the tokyodome this morning, now onto more pressing matters, as predicted last week we have someone new sitting atop the standings (don't know how much that gift "Shawn Marion" from ayshire helped) and the two top teams have the byes pretty much locked up.

Well with just a few weeks to go, it looks like the byes are set and a 6-team race for the final four spots in the championship bracket, although Pelotas and Mike and have a chance to get in if they hit a hot streak against the top teams in the league, Pelotas finishes against Essex and ayshire. Longshot for Hogging the Paint, as they are playing the bottom feeders and as we know anything is possible in fantasy.

Well arriving in 'Zona on Thursday night for the festivities and of course the plentiful supply of the speedy ones, ACME Inc. also got an idea from one, Nate Robinson on how to defeat your opponent - find their weakness and exploit it, Hmmmm.
Anyway Enfield Lips still lead going into the break, just how will the 2nd half play through and what NBA trades will effect the outcome, cuz as we know a starter on one team becomes a role player on another when traded and visa-versa.

After arriving back overseas to get the news that Shawn Marion was on the waiver wire and there was 8 more weeks of the regular season left, the Coyotes could only manage to split the week with Downunda Thunda, perhaps a trip to the outback should have been in the cards for the mangy one. Anyway fresh after receiving "Marion", the "Raving Pensioners" prepare to devour the 'yotes' this week and makeup ground on the "Enfield Lips". The Lips dismantling of "Hogging The Paint" gave them breathing room, if but only for one week.

Seriously, how many more weeks - I'm still in the playoff hunt, how long can that last? It's really tight up top as Raving squeezed by the Lips, winning Blocked Shots by 2 to take the week 6-4.

Starting to get a little separation from the playoff contenders and the rest of the pack, and the Lips have competition!
