As the All-Star break comes and goes, we have 14 weeks in the books. With 1 stupid 4 day crapshoot week and the mad 7 week chase to the playoffs remaining - we still have 13 of our 14 teams in the AUS division hunt.

Well since we last checked-in we've had big news... the rookie of the league, the Holt_Heroes, have enjoyed TWO VICTORIES! Previously winless, not even a draw, and a maximum weekly effort of 4 category wins - the Heroes have not just won twice, but by margins of 10-1-1 and 9-1-2!

Another week, and unfortunately another loss for the Holt Heroes... but I have nothing but respect for the guy as he continues to show up and set his roster everyday. Holt is a new guy this year, and I have no doubt he's learnt a thing or two thie season and will surely beat the like of the Carnts, Arse Clowns and VADERS in season 2011.... :)

As the calendar flips to June, we see something in the H2HAUS league - The Kogarah K's are prety good. Last week saw the K's dispatch of the 2009 Champion Redhill Rookies 10-1-1, a result which saw the Rookies tumble from 5th down to 11th. This result coupled with a 2-9-1 loss for the second places Gold Coast Sluggers gives the K's a handy 11.5 game lead after the first 9 weeks.

Week 8 seemed to happen quickly for me personally, but I'm guessing for JT Capers it was a long enjoyable week as they dominated with a 10-1-1 and moved up to 8th place and just 1.5 games out of the playoff race. Our man at the top was beaten 5-7 by 13th place, which is a good thing for everyone else involved, and 4 of the top 6 teams took full advantage by tasting victory during the week.

So another week down, and the big winner in week 7 was Kogarah K's who put together a 10-1-1 against the then 3rd placed Hillbillies who, with the tightness of the league, now sit in 9th and currently out of the playoff positions.

So another week down, and all of a sudden we are over a quarter of the way through the season.

Some big matchups this week as the Sluggers finally got beaten by the Kogarah K's (8-3-1 to the K's), and the inVADERs had their first victory (6-4-2) over the Ascot Arse Clowns.
